Blog update...

After coming back from PTK last week seems that got no time to do blogging :( as usual...at home i have to do the housewife chores - cleaning the house. The most irritating part was when i reached home sweet home on the 19th last week, my homem sweet home turned to be home sour home...the floor was so sticky and dusty til i had to tip-toe to walk inside. That's only the floor and yet to tell the rest part of my house. Anyway no need to story la hoo...

Coming back from PTK, my 'semangat' at work is high but after several discussion and chit-chat about the situation at worklace with my frens, the spirit's gone with the wind (sounds familiar...hehe) anyway don't want to talk much about work now...

I had just finished reading a book "Surat dari Dr. Mahathir" by Zainudin Maidin. i dunno why i picked the book. But it's an interesting book actually bought at MPH JB City Mall (after exam last week knun to release tensen after exam). Some of the chapter really make my eyes open wide of several political issue(or national issue i'd rather say here)- in which i'd put the thought it was the last thing i would prefer to know above all - but that's only before i read the book. Wait for my book review in my next blog...chow.

News From Skudai

Nearly a week my frens and me were and still be here at UTM Skudai struggling i.e. do assignment, attend class, present the assignment to the panel and last but not least - EXAM to achieve out "KPI".
So far so good as for our group had have our final lecture (13 all of them) on PSM this evening. 3 more stages to go...Very tiring but not to mention the feeling I have now as my fav song (by Anuar Zain) said "I'm the lucky One"... Why? Let me share you the moment of truth (hehe). A few weeks before, i was categorising myself in a very bad situation because of the following reasons :
1) Seemingly unstoppable MAID a.k.a AMAH issue
2) In the process of adapting to a new workplace with new staff (though ve known them since old time at UMS but only as other pple's staff)
3) Learning process to my new tasks at PPPS - have to "study" the new FM & MPK, Planning for the new workplace and other mgt-related things
4) Unpacking my things - the most critical part
and above all...have to be away for quite no. of days from my beloved wonderful kids and hubby.
Now, here I am...at UTM Guest House, Skudai just finished "last minute" preparations for tomorrow's presentation. It is the utmost Thankful from me to Allah for His Grace, giving me the opportunity to attend this course. For me, I have benefited more than much after going thru' all the classes (13th lectures in 3 days) though some of the time i was "yawning2", daydreaming and lost. At least, I ve changed the "prejudgemental-way of thinking" i.e now PTK is the best way to develop the level of competency (that's y they name it as PTK - Penilaian tahap Kecekapan)... :)
Yet to be halfway thru this course, i realize that for a gvt servant to attend PTK is neither for the sake of salary increment nor for the promotions only. The underlying objective and aspiration is more than that - provided that the participants given talk by the MOST SUITABLE, RIGHTFUL PERSON(i might say). I have to salute UTM for having such a very excellente team on delivering and sharing the info, knowledge and experience as to give so many value-added input to be more competent (practicality) in fulfilling our duties back in UMS. Anyhow, would like to put into statement here that HR UMS must try in any way possible to have such a team here. Of course (though) - I need to pass (4-4) for my salary increment ;-) Wish me luck.

Kursus PTK@UTM

Today onwards (til 20th) me n other 7 frens are participating in PTK course for our career n salary increment purpose :-) I am now updating my blog thru my hp since maxis brodband x functioning dunno y...hope can pass w flying colors...chow...

Alamak...lama nda meng-update blog ni...maklum bz at home (masalah amah) and at workplace...moving to my new ofc, serah nota tugas and yang sewaktu dengannya...pening la kepala...

My Another Hectic Weekend

Weekend ni macam tiada rest secara fizikal mahupun mental. Anyway, at least puas hati sebab :-

a) berjaya melangsaikan semua kerja rumah dengan jayanya terutama iron baju (kerja paling aku nda suka tapi paksa buat2 suka - mau dapat pahala la haha)

b) berjaya mengemas dan membersihkan rumahku dengan tanganku sendiri

c) berjaya meluangkan hujung minggu dengan suami dan anak2 walaupun my hubby pi ofis juga half day on saturday - this is called quality time with family...

Apa pun, sepatutnya aku plan ke ofis on saturday...tapi sebab hubby paksa ke ofis so aku beralah la demi keluarga tercinta...lagipun aku akan ke JB for more than a week next weeknd...jadi aku kena la spent time lebih kan...jadi kemas ofis ku hari isnin la jawabnya...

lagipun tinggal kemas barang ja...nota serah tugas semua sudah ready untuk diserahkan...

Fail Meja pun sudah kemaskini tapi nda la uodate sangat,,,terutama bab kerja harian tu nda pernah pun aku isi...anyway...aku harap SKTM lebih maju dengan PPK yang baru.

Tapi terharu juga aku last Friday my Dekan at last give good remarks on me during our school meeting...saying that aku telah melakukan byk perubahan positif dan kerja-kerja admin lebih teratur sejak aku menyandang PPK di SKTM walaupun hanya 3 bulan lebih aku ditempatkan di Sekolah tu...happy dan kembang kempis la hidung ku.

Yang penting semua LILLAHI TA'ALA...kita ni kan diberikan amanah dan perlu menjalankan amanah tu sebaiknya...nda la mau nanti dicop makan gaji buta dan hasil tu kan jadi "makanan" dan darah daging kita dan zuriat kita. Cewah beceramah plak kan...sekadar ingin berkongsi rasa. Gitu lah kehidupan....
