At Last.... THE PURSUIT OF HAPPYNESS

I've seen the preview since April 2008 @ HBO. At that time, i was on an official trip to Makassar & Bali and i wasn't be able to watched it at that time...till now. Then on Tuesday (Oct, 14th) my biras text me that the movie will be screening on HBO at 7pm. Unluckily i got the msg the next morning cos my hp's charging all night.

And at last... i was able to watch this movie after the long wait. Unaccidentally my nadhrah pressed the INFO button while watching The Memory of An Invincible Man (if not mistaken)...
The movie's about how a father suits up for success by day and fights off despair by night for his one n only son. Very touchy but i felt that something's lacking..not as what i expected by seeing the preview last time. i dunno la how to say it here cos i am not an actual movie critique hehehe. But it's gud to watch.

Here's the synopsis :

Chris Gardner (Will Smith) is a bright and talented, but marginally employed salesman. Struggling to make ends meet, Gardner finds himself and his five-year-old son evicted from their San Francisco apartment with nowhere to go. When Gardner lands an internship at a prestigious stock brokerage firm, he and his son endure many hardships, including living in shelters, in pursuit of his dream of a better life for the two of them.
